About Us
The mission of Underdog Sports Alliance is to promote social justice, using the platform of sports.

Systemic racism has had an alarming effect on many underserved communities. Sports has been an outlet offering a physical, mental, and emotional escape from some of the many challenges faced in our communities.
​
The net worth of athletes like Michael Jordan and Shaquille O’Neal has the ability to change the landscape and trajectory for so many athletes all over the world. Underdog Sports Alliance believes in finding solutions to circumvent those resources back into the communities from which they came.
One of the solutions is to start with the amateur athletes of today. Ensuring that the athletes have access to mental health services, mentoring, proper nutrition information, financial literacy, and equitable access to better educational systems, will accelerate change.

​These services will improve the amateur athlete’s chances of becoming a professional athlete, but is more likely to have an even greater impact on the athlete’s off-the-court success. Producing future businessmen, team owners, sports executives, commissioners, and philanthropists, Underdog Sports Alliance will produce social change, starting with the empowerment of our own people. As a 501 C non -profit, Underdog Sports Alliance will accept donations, sponsorships, and grants.
